A newly recorded vinyl featuring the theme song "Melodies of Life" from "Final Fantasy IX" is released. It includes a total of 6 tracks such as the original version "Melodies of Life Final Fantasy", the new recording "Melodies of Life -Timeless Tale-", and "Song of Memories". The new recording "Melodies of Life -Timeless Tale-" is performed by Emiko Shiratori, the same vocalist as the original version. The included booklet features liner notes from contributors such as Nobuo Uematsu. The jacket uses a newly illustrated 25th anniversary artwork by Toshiyuki Itahana. As a bonus, a download code for all tracks (MP3) is included, allowing you to enjoy the music even without a record player.
